Return & Refund Policy

1. Our Return Philosophy

Since Myhair Naturals deals in personal care and hygiene products, we follow a limited return policy to maintain product integrity and customer safety.

2. Eligible Return Cases

Returns are accepted ONLY in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product (broken seal, leaking, physically damaged)
  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Allergic reactions (we recommend a patch test before use)
  • Products that have been opened or partially used
  • Damage caused after delivery

3. How to Raise a Return Request

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@myhairnaturals.com
  • Subject line: Return Request – [Order ID]
  • Include: Order ID, clear photos/video of the product and packaging, description of the issue
  • We will review your request within 2–3 working days

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (you will need to share your bank details)

5. Replacement

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement product at our discretion.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained
  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted
