Return & Refund Policy

1. Our Return Philosophy
Since Myhair Naturals deals in personal care and hygiene products, we follow a limited return policy to maintain product integrity and customer safety.
2. Eligible Return Cases
Returns are accepted ONLY in the following situations:
- You received a damaged product (broken seal, leaking, physically damaged)
- You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
Returns are NOT accepted for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Allergic reactions (we recommend a patch test before use)
- Products that have been opened or partially used
- Damage caused after delivery
3. How to Raise a Return Request
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@myhairnaturals.com
- Subject line: Return Request – [Order ID]
- Include: Order ID, clear photos/video of the product and packaging, description of the issue
- We will review your request within 2–3 working days
4. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (you will need to share your bank details)
5. Replacement
In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement product at our discretion.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained
- Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted
