5. Pricing & Payments

5.1 All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5.2 We reserve the right to revise product prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.

5.3 Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways including Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

5.4 An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment verification. In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

5.5 In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation.

7.2 Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on your location within India. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time.

7.3 We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

7.4 Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

8.1 Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of personal care products, returns are accepted only in limited circumstances — specifically where the product received is damaged, incorrect, or expired at the time of delivery.

8.2 Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting help@myhairnaturals.com with your Order ID and supporting photos or video.

8.3 Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

8.4 We do not accept returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or adverse reactions resulting from failure to conduct a patch test.

9. Cancellations

9.1 Cancellation requests must be raised before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

9.2 For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 working days.

10. Usage Disclaimer

10.1 All products are for external use only.

10.2 A patch test is strongly recommended before full application. Apply a small quantity to the inner wrist or behind the ear and wait 24 hours before use.

10.3 Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or allergic reaction occurs. Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist.

10.4 Myhair Naturals is not liable for reactions resulting from failure to follow usage instructions or conduct a patch test.
