Shampoo - 3-4 Times a Week: Wet your hair, take a required amount of shampoo, gently massage into the scalp and rinse thoroughly.
Conditioner - After Every Wash: Apply only on hair lengths, not on the scalp. Leave for 2-3 minutes and rinse off.
Spray - Daily Use / Leave-in: Spray directly on a clean scalp, massage lightly. Do not rinse. It is non-sticky and lightweight.
